Real Madrid and Barcelona Lost in Their First Match of the Year 2015

For those who love to see the big clubs struggle, I have some fantastic news for you all today, Real Madrid and Barcelona both fail to avoid a defeat in what is known as the first weekend of the year. In the Valencia vs Real Madrid match, Cristiano Ronaldo scored a penalty at a early 14 minute to the match, while Antonio Barragan scored the equalizer at the 52nd minute and a goal from Nicolas Otamendi see Valencia ending the match with a win at the 65th min. Thus, CR7 goal had no impact in securing a win for the FIFA Club Championship.

Also, the match where Barcelona visited Real Sociedad at home, an own-goal from Jordi Alba could not be eraced, leaving Barcelona defeated by their own player. We then begin to wonder, what happened to all the big names in-front of the post? Although, Messi and Neymar came off the bench in second half, they couldn't help their team from being defeated.
However, with the scoreline, Real Madrid still remain leaders in the Laliga table while Barcelona remain second. A win from Barcelona against Moyes team, would have seen Barcelona topping the table tonight.
