SOME WHERE IN LAGOS, NIGERIA

In the pasts days/weeks, I have read in the newspaper and gone through a number of social medias, the writings and reactions coming from some personalities like Chief  Femi Fani-Kayode amongst among many others about the act carried out by the Lagos State government in sending back some indigents back to their hometown/states. It is so sad seeing the response and reading the thoughts of some individuals who claim to be 'nationalist'. Chief Femi earlier asserted that the Igbo's should
not claim Lagos State as their own, while the Igbos responded by saying we help develop Lagos to where it is today.  So I ask, where is the love and where did we put our cap of nationalism? Are we not all Nigerians, don't we all have freedom of movement and all that?
In response to Chief Femi, what future does this country hold for the minority? Why are you being tribalistic?
However, in response to the Igbos, I can categorically say that in terms of development, Lagos is the most developed State in Nigeria and non of that is owed to Igbo's or Hausa's. Development as I have garnered is not something that any other tribe or people can achieve for you or ur race except you embrace it yourself (That is why Nigeria is still where it is today)... Well, in as much I will not like to argue on this issue because it will directly or indirectly be painting me as an ethnocentric individual. The truth is that, people from other tribe decide to leave their state to Lagos because they see Lagos to be more industrious than theirs, if they decide to leave, even the Igbo's, Lagos will still be industrious. I find giving credit to the Igbo's for the industrialization of Lagos so irritating and annoying, where will you den keep the Europeans or whites who troop in day and night to do business in Lagos... Can we say the Jews are the ones responsible for the development of America? No! instead we say Americans are responsible for the development of their state. The questions I would like to ask is; was Late Awolowo a Legosian, so how come we claim

that he siphon money into the development of Lagos? We claim that during or after the Civil war, Igbo's were stripped off of their wealth and Lands collected from them in the Western parts of Nigeria, well, was same not done to those Westerners or Northerners who were based in the East as at that time.
How many streets in the East is named after a Yoruba or Hausa man?
The course we should be channeling all our writing skills and efforts to is the unity of Nigerian and not its division.
One thing the Igbo's are known for and which I belief warrants the Lagos State government to send those Anambra individuals packing is that, instead of employing other people to work for them, especially those shop owners, they retire to their villages to pick someone who might not necessarily be a blood brother and they bring that person to Lagos without taking into cognizance how they will take care and monitor such person...Let us put on our thinking cap, what will be of a person who gets this kind of freedom; no guidance, parents or siblings around to monitor or question your movement. According to what Fashola's administration said, those people sent back to Anambra were causing nuisance in the state; either they had no home or lack a person to be held responsible for their Shortcomings... Lagos is not the only state clearing its streets.
